Tyrus doesn't know what to say to that and says as much.

Brannock asks why he was hunting it. Turns out that it was actually Obankot's animal companion Mammut who was most interested in hunting the Dire Bison.
After some discussion Tyrus, Brannock & Ulfgar decide to invite Obankot to join them while they search for Hakatim's Fire. Over the next few days as Obankot successfully leads them through the best paths available in the forest, he reveals to Tyrus that he worships Kaylier.
The Tower
The traces of ancient settlements become apparent to the party; although the wooden structures have long since rotted away the unusual warrens built from their debris scatter the dreary landscape, and, areas of clearance and regrowth are obvious, as are the occasional artificial trench.
After some time of traveling through the oppressive rain, they encounter something obviously artificial; a large pile of rocks make up a crude rampart, although it is in a state of extreme neglect given the shrubs and saplings attempting to eke out a living in it. It would be possible to clamber over (although the rainy slickness makes it more difficult), or presumably a real enterance might be found elsewhere.
Leaving the carriage behind, the party scrambles up the rampart without too much trouble, ruined structures becoming more apparent as they reach the top.
Our heroes are approaching the tower when they suddenly stumble on a group of four goblins with velociraptors equipped with barding and obviously trained to ride. Each group is equally surprised to see the other, and as Ulfgar draws his longhammer and Obankot sends the first arrows streaking to their dinosaur target the goblins heave themselves into their saddles, breastplates glinting.
Mammut charges towards one of the raptors trumpeting his rage.
Killed two and two ran.
Discussed whether we'd be best to chase down the goblins or head into the tower to try to find the artifact asap?
