Awler Hatt

A merchant dealing mainly in Trade Goods‡, Awler and his brother Banit were encountered in the township of Taid when The Hunted went in look of healing supplies.

Awler was in the process of of berating his brother for purchasing a Wooly Rhinoceros to pull one of their wagons, then letting it out of the harness securing it to the wagon. The beast had gone on a rampage, charging through a market square, shattering stalls and threatening the townsfolk who converted the remains of the stalls into hastily-erected barricades.

On catching sight of what he could only imagine was a group of highly equipped mercenaries, Awler approached The Hunted and asked them to help subdue the animal, preferably without killing it. They were able to achieve this, and so collected their 100GP reward along with the ongoing gratitude of the Hatt brothers.
