This article will link to known NPCs within the world, whether they are Quest Givers, set-dressing or something more.
NPCs should be added to the lists below based on the Location where they were first encountered. They may be sorted into organisations/contexts etc at some stage.
Apparent NPCs who later became Player Characters should not be included here, but Hirelings, Cohorts etc should.
