M/work falchion is +2, m/work breastplate is +1, one ring is ring of sustenance, other has faint aura of abjuration (henceforth ring #1)

Once Ulfgar helps identify the items he goes back to sleep.

Tyrus stuffs many things into the haversacks of teamwork.

Wakey Wakey

When everyone has rested Brannock stands and walks to the dias, placing his gauntleted hand on it, saying "Right, it's time to go. Get ready on the circle."

Tyrus "Ready for what, Brannock?"

No response, though Ulfgar takes his place. Tyrus urges Obankot and Korfal to step up.

Once everyone is arranged on the circle the gauntlet glows blue and the engravings in the floor and walls immediately light up and the circle begins descending with a grinding sound. "Don't quote me on that, I'm just the GM." - Sarge

After a descent of at least 200 ft the dome splits and descends into the floor of a room in much better condition than the tower above. Despite some grime and standing water it's generally in good repair. The walls are covered in etched lines and runes like those encountered during the transformation of the chamber above, though they are not lit.

Tyrus asks Brannock what they are doing down in this chamber. The dwarf does not respond but walks towards the large wooden double-doors down a short corridor.

Ulfgar says "We move forward now, stay together."

Brannock reverently opens the door into a room with some a structure in the centre which resembles two halves of a sphere, with light emmitting from within. They are immediately the subject of the attention of a number of 3 dwarven rust-washed skeletons and 3 skeletal archers with glowing blue eyes. As their eyes adjust they pick out two wraiths also.

Tyrus asks the dwarves "Friends of yours?"

Two Wraith proves this to not be the case by approaching ThUlfgar and Tyrus, draining the dwarf for 5 negative energy damage and 6 CON damage. Tyrus evokes a Ward Against Death and takes a few steps back, drawing a vial of Holy Water.

Ulfgar takes a step back and unleashes a wave of mutilation, causing the Wraith ahead of him to ripple but it continues to manifest as an arrow punches into Brannock's chest-plate as the Rust-Washed swarm towards him. Rust spreads over his tower shield as he shoves the creature back.

Obankot unleashes 4 arrows in quick succession, streaks of flame shooting into the wraith which attacked Ulfgar but causing no damage. Brannock squares up, dropping his groaning shield and swinging his battleaxe with both hands, sending shattered ribs flying. Korfal takes a step back and draws a vial of Holy Water, throwing it down beneath the nearest Wraith which raises an indignant hiss from the ghostly revenant as it writhes.

A challenger approaches, not immediately apparent but Tyrus & Obankot both spot a Large amorphous blob hauling itself out of the water surrounding the center of the room as one Wraith rakes at Korfal and the other redoubles it's efforts against ThUlfgar doing another point of damage. Ulfgar and Tyrus identify it as a Grey Ooze; quite a bit larger than a normal Grey Ooze. Ooze type (immune mind-effecting), this one is immune to cold and fire. It is acidic and will attempt to grab with pseudopods if allowed to get close enough.

Tyrus intones a prayer to Nephe, releasing a torrent of positive energy which causes the Wraiths to shimmer and the skeletons to quake, one of which breaks ranks and scuttles off to the side. Meanwhile his wounded dwarven companion casts Haste and draws a potion of Cure Light Wounds and Obankot sets another Wraith to screeching.

Brannock removes his gauntleted hand from his battleaxe and points it towards the ooze, and a blue mist envelops both the gauntlet and ooze for a moment before the ooze is flung violently backwards into the water as the dwarf steps aside. The skeletal archers take the opportunity to loose arrows with no effect.

Tyrus floods the area with holy light once again, this time healing his companions. He steps between their assailants to draw their attacks and Ulfar wreathes the enemies and Brannock alike in arcane fire. Obankot looses several arrows, killing two skeletons outright and causing a Wraith to screech in pain. Brannock chases down the fleeing skeleton but does not quite manage to dispatch it.

The Wraiths retreat into the walls as the ooze drags itself out of the water again and skeletons close in on Brannock. Tyrus steps closer to Brannock, casting Death Knell Aura which is a poor choice really. Ulfgar casts Shield and activates his eldritch rage. Obankot takes Deadly Aim at the Ooze sending shredded fleks flying. Brannock spins with his axe, cleaving through the bones of his foe and digging deep into the ribcage of another.

The Ooze approaches Tyrus and he smashes his morningstar into it's jelly-like body, but it's pseudopods don't manage to gain purchase on his body. He attempts to close the stable door after the horse has bolted by casting Freedom of Movement and takes quite a lot of acidic-bludgeoning damage for his trouble. Quite a bit of pee comes out.

Ulfgar makes a Wave of Mutilation for 3,000,005 damage, both the Wraith and the Ooze ripple gently.

The skeletons crowd in as Obankot sends a volley of arrows slamming into the Ooze and Brannock destroys the remnants of the Skeleton in front of him and spins to slash at a Wraith. Korfal finally dipatches the Ooze with a volley of his own but in fixating on the kill fails to realize he has slipped outside of the range of Tyrus' Death Ward and calls out in alarm as a Wraith slashes the air next to his face.

Tyrus hears his call and steps back towards his comrades, invoking a Prayer to Nephe as Ulfgar a moment before destroys the Wraith with a mighty swing of his longhammer. Obankot picks off a skeleton as Brannock dispatches the remaining Wraith.

Tyrus stops his Death Ward with 3 rounds left and steps back to administer healing to Korfal as Ulfgar rushes forward to smash his longhammer into one of the two remaining skeletons and Obankot drops them both with another two arrows.
