The blustering and boisterous harbour master of Madrill.

He is assisted by Sneeg and is presumably a rotund man of bustling and forceful nature. He first encountered The Hunted on their return to Madrill after their defeat of Garrett and the Raiders of the Eastern Seas.

He is delighted by their news of the Raiders defeat and the tale of the battle and instructs the barkeep of The Salty Shag that the party is to drink their on his chit henceforth. He informs the party that the tale may grow in his retelling as he departs.
