The Big Damn Heroes found Otto the Otyugh living with Ozzy the Otyugh in the ruins where Imthaikalus made his lair. After trying to eat Ulfgar, Otto was convinced to release him in exchange for the corpses of the crocodiles the group had dispatched in the previous room.
