Cheliax

Cheliax is a nation found on a continent within Werl other than Vanar - though none of The Hunted are currently aware of its actual location.

Described as the place where the rule of undead being neutral does NOT hold true, the place is reputed to be ruled and administrated by demons and the like - pretty evil, but not perpetually at war with its various neighbours.

Cheliax was the place from which the Terraken originated, and part of the function of its prison in Chimera Cove was to obfuscate its actual location against Cheliax (or anyone who would use it). This was some decades ago, and it is currently unknown whether or not Cheliax would still be actively seeking out the monster.
