The apparent Operations Centre of the Order of the Blade, located in the Citadel of the Giants in Age-Honen.
It used to be an ancient guardhouse, and is now topped by a temple of sorts in which the "Mint" itself is contained. Floors between this highest level and the ground floor have been converted into opulent living-quarters. The ground floor itself used to be a barracks, and has been converted into a trading-floor of sorts, more like a stock exchange with deals being done but very little in the way of goods changing hands.
Below the barracks there are floors that used to be cells (some of which are still used for that purpose), many of which have been re-purposed as a centre of fabrication etc.
