If you need to link to a subsection within an article, the syntax is as follows:

[http://sargeincharge.wrongtown.org/index.php/Article_Name#Subsection_Name_With_Underscores_For_Spaces Optional Link Name]

For example:

[http://sargeincharge.wrongtown.org/index.php/Magic_Items#Belt_Of_Contingent_Healing Belt of Contingent Healing]

appears as Belt of Contingent Healing
