The leader of a band of http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/lizardfolk.htm based in ruins near Pithfield, south of Eathe. Originally thought to be the lizardfolk known to the party as Brutus, later shown to be a large black dragon, driven off but not killed in the battle for Pithfield.
