A freight master working in Barrowsea who was known to drink at a dive bar called The Mossy Frog.
Moit was spotted supervising the loading of the large crate containing the creature which attacked The Wandering Star onto the vessel. When The Hunted found him on the docks he admitted that he was paid well for it by a shady individual known as Burim Lorpen.
