The staging area for the Terrestrial Rail Assisted Interior Navigation system. Home to The Engineer, a mysterious genius, who designed and built the transportation constructs T.O.M.A.S. and PER-C.
During their encounter with T.O.M.A.S., The Hand of Kali was told to seek out the trainyard.
