Taken captive at Eastedge by The Hunted, Wyrick was eventually cowed into submission by Kul'theras and agreed to show The Hunted the way to the hideout of Garrett, Raider of the Eastern Seas. The Hunted have since had Tristopher Caulken burden him with a Geas to help them destroy the Raiders.
Wyrick shows moderate discomfort to being referred to as "Cousin Wairik", but also a mass murderer, so it balances out.
