Jegan Kayal

Referred to by Oren as a "freak" who calls himself Shadowdancer, and the alleged murderer of Ingixia Tasalt. The man had several abilities - he could hide extremely well, and possibly even teleport in shadow, summon a Shadow ally to assist him and even create an illusory doppleganger of himself - he was armed with The Devourer, an extremely powerful weapon, as well as a selection of other magical equipment. Thought to be serving someone greater, he took glee in others suffering but could not stand in battle against the full power of The Hunted, eventually betrayed and disintegrated by The Devourer itself.
